Slow days, long talks.
The craft
I wish you could smell this.
It starts at the espresso bar, where beans tumble through the HeyCafé grinder and the machine hums beside the sage-green counter. No trending audio — just the sound of a good day starting.
From there it's a short walk to everything else: cold brew slow-steeped from 100% Arabica beans, ceremonial matcha whisked to order, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, and lattes layered with Biscoff or tiramisu.
The space
Sunlit wood, rattan & the hills.
Rattan chairs and teak tables, a fluted sage counter under arched shelves, pendant lamps glowing gold, and a wall of glass that frames Guwahati's hills. Take the window desk with a notebook, or a round table with the people you've missed.

No rush, no turning tables. Stay for one coffee or four — the corner is yours for the afternoon.
Pure vegetarian
Every plate and every pour on the menu is vegetarian, from the momos to the Nutella brownie shake.

Garlic bread for the table, ramen to pass around, and workshops where strangers leave as friends.

The team behind the counter pulls every shot, whisks every matcha and remembers how you take your cold brew. They notice when a regular doesn't show up — and they'll call to check.
